1. About FindRoofing.Pro

FindRoofing.Pro serves as a platform connecting homeowners with professional roofing contractors. We are not a roofing company or contractor and are not responsible for the services provided by contractors listed on our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.Use our platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Provide accurate and truthful information when using our platform. If you submit false or misleading information, your access may be restricted or terminated.

3. Using the Platform

When you use FindRoofing.Pro, you agree to:

Only use the platform for its intended purpose: connecting with or providing roofing services. Not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or replicate any of our proprietary technologies. Treat all leads and contractors with respect and integrity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

4. Membership and Payment Terms

Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Payments can be made using credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, or cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum). Cryptocurrency payments must be exact and confirmed on the blockchain by the payment due date.

Late Payments

Payments more than 15 days late will incur a $50 late fee. Payments more than 30 days late will result in membership probation, during which no new leads will be provided. Accounts overdue by 60 days may be terminated, and all leads or credits may be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable.If you receive a lead that is invalid (e.g., disconnected phone number, incorrect ZIP code, or non-homeowner), you may submit a dispute within 4 days for review. Approved disputes may result in a replacement lead or credit toward future leads.

Satisfaction Guarantee for New Members

If no leads are converted into jobs within the first 30 days, you may qualify for 2 additional months of membership at your current level. To qualify, you must provide proof of effort, such as:
Outreach logs showing prompt follow-ups.
Records of multiple follow-up attempts per lead.

5. Lead Quality and Disclaimer

At FindRoofing.Pro, we prioritize delivering high-quality, exclusive leads. However, the success of these leads depends on your prompt follow-up and sales strategy.

Lead Quality Standards

Leads are vetted for accuracy and intent before being provided to contractors. Homeowners are responsible for their own decisions and may change their plans, which is outside our control.

Disclaimer

FindRoofing.Pro connects contractors with opportunities, but we cannot guarantee job conversions. Our role is to provide qualified leads; your role is to close the deal and provide 5-star quality & service.

6. Dispute Resolution

At FindRoofing.Pro, we aim to resolve disputes promptly, fairly, and internally whenever possible.

Disputes Between Contractors and Leads

Contractors and leads are encouraged to resolve disputes directly through clear communication. FindRoofing.Pro is not responsible for contractor performance or service outcomes.

Disputes Between Contractors and FindRoofing.Pro

Contractors may submit disputes in writing to [email protected]. Disputes will be reviewed within 7 business days, and remedies may include adjustments, credits, or further clarification.

Disputes Between Leads and FindRoofing.Pro

Homeowners can contact us regarding communication preferences or misunderstandings at [email protected]. We will promptly address concerns, clarify terms, and take necessary action, such as removing data or limiting contact.

Optional Mediation

If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, we require informal third-party mediation before arbitration or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform-specific technologies, including the lead scoring algorithm, website design, and aggregated data, are the exclusive property of FindRoofing.Pro. Contractors and leads are granted limited, revocable access to the platform for its intended use. Unauthorized use, replication, or distribution of our technology or content is strictly prohibited and will result in termination.

8. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

Contractors who fail to maintain payment, receive repeated negative feedback, or engage in fraudulent or illegal behavior. Leads who submit false information, abuse the platform, or violate our Terms.

In most cases, warnings and opportunities to correct issues will be provided before termination.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal data is stored securely and used only for platform purposes. Contractors and leads can request data deletion or limitation in accordance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., CCPA).

10. Liability and Indemnification

FindRoofing.Pro is not liable for:

Contractor performance or homeowner satisfaction. Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between contractors and leads. Contractors and leads agree to indemnify FindRoofing.Pro against claims or damages resulting from their use of the platform.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
